One of the most popular models in the highly regarded Com Pac Yacht stable of boats, the 23 is truly a pocket cruiser with a pedigree. Boat US summed it up in a 2012 Review:
" When you consider size, accommodations, shallow water capability, quality of construction and cost, the Com-Pac 23 is tough to beat and would be a great little boat for the weekend cruiser or cruising couple for whom shallow draft ranks near or at the top of their priority list."
This particular 23 is an example of what a combination of light use and loving care can mean to the longevity of a classic cruiser,

Spotless Hull & Deck
The exceptional condition of her hull and deck fiberglass, fittings and molded-in non-skid speak to her history of being lightly used and well cared for.
Upgrades & Auxiliary Power
Two of the many upgrades include a stainless, folding boarding ladder and a easy-lift outboard bracket that supports an 8 horsepower Johnson long shaft outboard with electric start.
Refinished Woodwork
In addition to new mahogany hatch boards, all exterior woodwork has been hand-sanded and refinished.

Spacious V Berth
Plenty of leg room and a foredeck hatch overhead provide an airy, comfortable sleeping space for two. As with the rest of the upholstery, the v berth looks like it has never been used.
Simply Fit Salon Table
Ingenious design uses the V berth bulkhead and a single stainless tube for quick set-up and solid support. The Mahogany table slides under the stove compartment for easy out-of-the-way storage.
Companionway Storage Bin
The large companionway bin slides out from under the steps and has additiinal fixed-shelf storage above. Perfect for a cooler or other large items that require secure storage.
Slide-Out Galley
The stainless steel sink and Origo 2000 alcohol stove slide out of the way under the cockpit seats when not in use. As noted in the photos the stove/cutting board combination has never been used (still covered by the original factory wrap!)
Ample Storage Throughout
Dual storage cabinets on both port and starboard sides of the main salon as well as under the Vberth provide a volume of storage space space rarely found on a pocket cruiser.
Bronze Portlights
In keeping with the Compac Yachts affinity for high-quality components, there are six bronze ports with built in bronze screens to provide loads of light and ventilation.
